Performance Analyst

Monitoring and analyzing the performance of Linux, KVM, and depending libraries* Identifying performance bottlenecks in the stack and narrow down the root cause* Enjoy learning new technologies and searching for solutions to problems deep within the system and software architecture.* Creating reports and recommendations to improve the overall performance* Working with developers to resolve performance issues* Implement best practices for performance optimization At least 7+ years of professional experience as a Software Performance Analyst or in a similar field* Profound knowledge in the application of performance tools and methods* Experience with performance tests and measurements*Good knowledge of working on Linux development platforms and performance tools* Good Knowledge of Linux internals* Exposure to industry standard benchmarks Required education Bachelor's Degree Preferred education Master's Degree Required technical and professional expertise * At least 7+ years of professional experience as a Software Performance Analyst or in a similar field* Profound knowledge in the application of performance tools and methods* Experience with performance tests and measurements* Good communication and teamwork skills* Strong in identifying performance bottlenecks in the stack and narrow down the root cause Preferred technical and professional experience * Prior contributions to Open Source projects or currentOpen Source Contributor* Experience withLinux OS* Experience in scripting, phyton , Shell* Skills in IBM Z architecture ("Principles of Operations")* Networking and storage concepts. * Experience with Linux on IBM Z, Linux command line tools
