Description

Managing Quality activities during shift operations in the plant that include ensuring implementation of Food safety, GMP, quality control, leadership of product quality in the plant, supporting execution of NPD, roll out of group policies and related activitiesLead and manage Quality Assurance by ensuring adherence to company, national and international standards with regards to food safety, hygiene, GMP, HACCP and product quality.Thorough knowledge of ISO, FSSC and Legal metrology standards.Implementing and maintaining all quality systems as per the guidelines of PVMI. Ensuring compliance to quality standards by establishing and enforcing company’s policies and guidelines via trainings. Handling crisis as a part of Crisis Management procedure. Manage, quality issues and new product updates. Communicate status and risks to managementEnsure and maintain safe and clean work environment by hands on approach, educating partners and directing personnel (if any) on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures. Sound knowledge of KPI tracking and improvement areas.Carry out internal audits as per ISO 9001 & FSSC 22000. Conduct PRP audits & ensure non-conformances are managed

Preferred Candidate Profile

Qualification – B.Sc/M.Sc – Chemistry/Food Technology/B.Tech-Food TechnologyExperience – 03 to 06 years in Food Processing and Manufacturing, experience in confectionary preferred
