Job Description

PeopleSoft Techno-Functional Consultant

Role & responsibilities

Perform fit-gap analysis and Develop and customize PeopleSoft applications using PeopleCode, Application Designer, Application Engine, and SQR.
Work on FSCM modules (GL, AP, PO, AM, TE, AR) with strong finance process knowledge.
document functional/technical specifications.
Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and provide solutions.
Execute quality assurance including test script creation and execution.
Troubleshoot and resolve PeopleSoft issues ensuring system accuracy.
Support managed service projects covering FSCM modules.
Work independently as an IC role, meeting deadlines and expectations.

Preferred candidate profile

5+ years of techno-functional PeopleSoft experience.
Strong hands-on skills in PeopleCode, PeopleTools, and FSCM modules.
Good understanding of finance processes.
Experience in managed service projects.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and deliver under deadlines.
