Peoplesoft FSCM Technical Consultant

As a PeopleSoft Technical Consultant, your role involves implementing, configuring, and maintaining PeopleSoft applications, with a focus on the Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM) and Human Capital Management (HCM) modules. You will ensure seamless integration, customization, and optimization of PeopleSoft systems to align with the organization's business requirements. Your key responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement PeopleSoft FSCM and HCM modules, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and requirements. - Utilizing technical skills to customize and configure PeopleSoft modules, tailoring them to meet specific business needs while following best practices. - Developing and maintaining integration solutions between PeopleSoft and other enterprise systems to ensure data accuracy and system interoperability. - Performing routine system maintenance tasks, including applying patches, updates, and fixes to ensure system stability and security. - Providing technical support to end-users, resolving system-related issues promptly to optimize user experience and productivity. - Developing and maintaining reporting and analytics solutions within PeopleSoft to facilitate data-driven decision-making. - Ensuring PeopleSoft systems adhere to security standards and compliance regulations by implementing necessary controls and monitoring processes. - Maintaining comprehensive documentation of configurations, customizations, and processes, making it accessible to team members and stakeholders. - Conducting training sessions for end-users and team members to enhance their proficiency with PeopleSoft systems. - Staying updated with the latest developments in PeopleSoft technology and FSCM/HCM modules to propose innovative solutions and improvements. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Proven experience as a PeopleSoft Technical Consultant focusing on FSCM and HCM modules. - Proficiency in PeopleSoft tools such as PeopleCode, Application Designer, Integration Broker, and related technologies. - Strong understanding of business processes within FSCM and HCM domains. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. - Effective communication skills to interact with stakeholders, end-users, and technical teams. - Knowledge of security and compliance standards in the context of PeopleSoft systems. - Experience with system upgrades, performance tuning, and optimization. - Certification in PeopleSoft and familiarity with Oracle databases is a plus.,
