Peoplesoft Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain

  custom PeopleSoft Financials objects and processes

  using

  Application Designer, PeopleCode, and Application Engine

  .
• Implement, configure, and support

  integrations

  using

  Integration Broker

  , including service operations, routing, and transformations.
• Collaborate with

  functional analysts and business stakeholders

  to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across multiple

  PeopleSoft Financials modules

  (GL, AP, AR, PO, PC, and Project Costing).
• Support

  upgrade and patching activities

  , ensuring customizations are reapplied, optimized, and documented.
• Maintain comprehensive

  technical documentation

  for development, configuration, and integration activities.

Required Skills & Experience (Must-Have)

• 5+ years

  of experience in

  PeopleSoft Financials development

  .
• Strong expertise in

  Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, and SQL

  .
• Hands-on experience in

  developing and maintaining custom PeopleSoft objects and processes

  .
• Proven ability to troubleshoot across multiple

  PeopleSoft modules (GL, AP, AR, PO, PC, Project Costing)

  .
• Experience with

  PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2

  and

  PeopleTools upgrades

  .
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Good-to-Have Skills (Preferred)

• Familiarity with

  Project Costing module

  .
• Experience in

  workflow development and reporting tools (nVision, BI Publisher, SQR)

  .
• Exposure to

  Agile/Scrum methodologies

  and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work flexibly across multiple assignments and changing priorities.
