Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Peoplesoft Admin professional with 8 to 10 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PeopleSoft HCM and FSCM, as well as excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide support to the project team in troubleshooting server issues, space utilization, and application performance during PeopleTools upgrades.
Manage code migrations in PeopleSoft using STAT and other tools.
Document new features of the latest PeopleTools version 8.61.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align on workaround solutions when needed.
Identify dependencies and roadblocks, and escalate critical activities with leadership when necessary.
Work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Requirements

At least 8 to 10 years of overall experience in PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, and PeopleTools.
Experience in at least 2 or 3 PeopleTools upgrade projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead and mentor team members.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with strong customer handling skills.
Experience with Change Management tools like ServiceNow (SNOW) is recommended.
A graduate degree is required.
