Job Summary:

As the People Technology Manager at Titan, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our HR technology systems and processes. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure that our technology solutions align with our business goals and support our employees' needs. You will also be responsible for identifying and implementing new technology solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the People

HR Tech Consultant

Core SuccessFactors Expertise:

  1. SuccessFactors Employee Central

    Demonstrates direct experience with the core HRIS module.
  2. Data Models & Business Rules

    Indicates proficiency in configuring foundational elements like Succession Data Model, Country-Specific SDM, and business rules.
  3. Workflow Configuration

    Shows ability to design and optimize approval processes and event workflows.
  4. Integration Center / API / Middleware (e.g., SAP CPI, Dell Boomi)

    – Highlights experience with system integrations, a critical skill for enterprise environments.
  5. Role-Based Permissions (RBP)

    – Reflects understanding of security and access control within SuccessFactors.

Project & Consulting Skills:

  1. End-to-End Implementation

    – Signals involvement in full-cycle deployments, from requirement gathering to go-live.
  2. Client Stakeholder Management

    – Important for consulting roles where communication and influence are key.
  3. Change Management & Training

    – Suggests experience in user adoption strategies and training delivery.

Cross-Module & Technical Skills:

  1. PMGM / Succession

    – Adds value by showing cross-functional module knowledge.
  2. SAP Activate / Agile Methodology

    – Indicates familiarity with SAP’s implementation framework or modern delivery approaches.
