As an HR Inquiry Handling specialist, you will be responsible for addressing and resolving HR inquiries and issues related to employee data, policies, and procedures. You will provide timely and accurate responses to employee queries via various communication channels. Key Responsibilities: - Address and resolve HR inquiries and issues related to employee data, policies, and procedures. - Provide timely and accurate responses to employee queries via various communication channels. Data Management: - Should have hands-on experience with HR tools & systems. - Maintain and update employee records in HR systems. - Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data, making corrections as needed. Employee Lifecycle Support: - Support employee transitions, promotions, and other changes. Policy And Procedure Adherence: - Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures. - Provide guidance to employees on HR policies and practices. Qualifications Required: - Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 1-3 years of experience in HR or HRSS roles. - Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and regulations. - Ready to work in different shift timings. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information. - Strong problem-solving skills and a customer service orientation. - Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment.,
