People Partnerships Associate

As a People Partnerships Associate at Electronic Arts in Hyderabad, INDIA, you will be a key member of the People Partnerships team, collaborating with EA managers and employees to develop and implement talent strategies that enhance the employee culture and support the achievement of business objectives. In this role, you will be the go-to person for generating reports, handling HC metrics, and addressing data-related issues for the People Partners and Business Partners. Your knowledge of local employment legislation will be crucial in partnership with managers and COEs to address workplace issues effectively. To be successful in this position, you should have a University degree in MBA, 3-5 years of HR experience in the high-tech industry, and proficiency in core HR functions such as Recruitment, Employee Relations, Performance Management, and HRIS. Fluency in English, strong organizational skills, project management abilities, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role. Preferred qualifications include previous experience in the gaming industry and familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
