Role & Responsibilities :

• Coach People Managers to set performance objectives that effectively align employee performance with the objective’s framework
• Provide support and guidance to managers and employees in the understanding and execution of the mobility process and performance management process
• Work with business leaders to identify potential gaps in terms of skills or performance
• Partner with Learn & Grow to implement effective employee and manager development initiatives
• In liaison with People Services leaders, contribute to the design, implementation, and management of Global/Local Programs in terms of Mobility, Performance management and Reward.
• Collaborate with global business partners on topics related to career development, performance and retention
• Attrition Analysis and departures management
  

Qualifications:

• HR professional with 10-15 years of experience in a local environment and diverse career path (Business, HR)
• Master's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience working closely with leadership teams to align HR strategies with business goals
• Conflict resolution and employee relations management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal & written)
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset; ability to work with HR metrics and data-driven decision-making
