People Operations Specialist

As the People Operations Specialist at L.E.K. Consulting in Mumbai, India, you will play a crucial role in providing end-to-end support across the employee lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include ensuring operational excellence in onboarding, offboarding, learning & development, performance reviews, HR compliance, and systems. Working as a part of the centralized People Operations Team for L.E.K. Consulting's Asia Healthcare Business, you will collaborate closely with Office Heads, HR Business Partners, and global people teams to ensure the smooth delivery of operational HR processes. You will be responsible for managing processes for ongoing feedback for local offices, providing local support for the Performance Reviews Process, delivering PD operations activities, supporting HRBPs with interview scheduling, leading the onboarding & offboarding process, managing visa processes, maintaining employee systems and files, supporting contract renewals & HR compliance, and assisting with Workday implementation. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent attention to detail, a structured approach to process execution, strong coordination and follow-up capabilities, proficiency in MS Office Suite, and experience with HRIS tools like Workday is an advantage. Discretion in handling sensitive information, clear communication skills, and a master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field are preferred qualifications. Additionally, 2-4 years of HR operations, administration, or coordination experience, or 3 years of generalist HR experience, along with prior exposure to fast-paced, professional services or MNC environments, are desired.
