People & Culture Technology Partner (Workday)

Key Responsibilities: - Maintain in-depth knowledge of HR systems to track associate information accurately and identify process and system efficiencies. - Support configuration of Workday modules such as Core HCM, Benefits, Absence, and Talent. - Create and modify Workday reports based on business requirements. - Act as a subject matter expert for end-users, addressing questions and troubleshooting issues. - Lead short- and mid-term projects independently, applying skills in requirements definition, system setup, testing, and deployment. - Support Workday releases by evaluating new features and recommending solutions for process automation. - Provide production support by analyzing and troubleshooting configuration, integration, and data issues. - Ensure application and change controls are maintained and followed. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into requirements and recommend appropriate configurations in Workday. Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience. - Minimum of 5+ years of Workday experience with expertise in implementing functionality across various HR areas. - Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ethical integrity. - Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach. - Ability to work effectively across all organizational levels and maintain confidentiality. - Strong analytical mindset to identify and resolve system issues. - Excellent organization skills to balance multiple priorities efficiently and accurately. - Capability to build strong relationships and partner with team members for achieving results.,
