Role Overview: As a Senior Consultant in HR Transformation at EY, you will have the opportunity to be a part of a leading global professional services organization and play a key role in the growth of the People Consulting team. Your main responsibility will be to conduct in-depth analysis of current business processes, develop strategic plans for transformation, and build trusted relationships with clients to ensure their objectives are met. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct detailed analysis of current business processes to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic plans for transformation - Create a compelling business case outlining the financial feasibility and benefits of the GCC/SSC model - Define KPIs and SLAs to measure and track the effectiveness of shared services and GBS/GCC operations - Utilize functional knowledge in Core HRIS systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Ceridian Dayforce, and ServiceNow - Work with cross-functional teams to execute transformation initiatives aligned with business goals - Provide expert advice and guidance to stakeholders at all levels of the organization - Mentor and develop juniors, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance - Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance the transformation strategy Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5-7 years of experience in similar roles, preferably with multinational organizations - Masters degree in HR or full-time MBA in HR - Experience in HR transformation methods, frameworks, and practical delivery - Professional certifications in HR or project management are beneficial Additional Details about the Company: EY is dedicated to helping clients ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies, providing varied and inspiring projects.
