As an Analytics Consultant at EY, you will be part of a globally connected powerhouse of diverse teams, working towards building a better working world. Your role will involve leveraging your expertise in Analytics and HR consulting to lead global HR analytics projects and address people-related challenges. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading global HR analytics projects involving predictive analytics, modeling, descriptive analysis, logistical and regression analysis - Applying statistical tools and techniques such as R, Python, Alteryx, PowerApps, Power Automate, and Advance Excel (VBA & Forms) - Extracting, transforming and visualizing data to derive insights and provide financial impact analysis - Collaborating with stakeholders and clients to deliver data-driven solutions for workforce planning, survey analytics, recruitment analytics, learning & development analytics, and more - Identifying key people metrics by analyzing data sets and trends - Ensuring data cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and model creation for effective decision-making - Demonstrating strong communication skills in client management and stakeholder engagement Qualifications required for this role: - 1-5 years of experience in Analytics and HR consulting domain - Minimum 2 years of experience in leading global HR analytics projects - Masters degree in Analytics or HR full-time MBA/EMBA - Experience in master data management and data governance processes - Working knowledge of HR Systems and other HR data sources Additionally, it would be ideal if you have: - Strong expertise in analytics and experience in statistical tools and techniques - Proven track record in data extraction/transformation analytics and visualization approaches - Familiarity with big data and machine learning concepts - Experience in consulting for global organizations across industries - Knowledge of statistics, predictive analytics, modeling, and application to HR function challenges By joining EY, you will be part of a team that is dedicated to creating new value for clients, people, society, and the planet, while building trust in capital markets.
