Job Description

Job Summary:

The Culture Development Executive will play a key role in shaping and nurturing the organization’s culture by fostering engagement, collaboration, and a positive workplace environment. This role focuses on building strong team connections, organizing engagement activities, promoting brand values, and ensuring that the workplace reflects the company’s mission and ethos.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Employee Engagement & Experience

  • Plan and execute employee engagement programs, celebrations, and team-building activities.
  • Conduct employee feedback surveys and analyze results to improve workplace satisfaction.
  • Recognize and celebrate employee milestones and achievements.

2. Culture Building

  • Promote and uphold the organization’s core values and brand identity through everyday practices.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment between company culture and business goals.
  • Support onboarding programs to integrate new hires into the company culture.

3. Communication & Collaboration

  • Create internal communication campaigns (emails, newsletters, posters) to promote culture initiatives.
  • Encourage open communication and build trust across departments.
  • Act as a bridge between management and employees for feedback and suggestions.

4. Learning & Development Support

  • Assist in planning training sessions, workshops, and skill-development programs.
  • Encourage participation in professional growth activities and internal talent development.

5. CSR & Community Initiatives (optional)

  • Support social responsibility projects and brand community initiatives.
  • Help organize volunteering or sustainability programs that reflect company values.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR, employee engagement, or internal communications (preferably in retail or fashion).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for people and culture.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work with cross-functional teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
