JOB OVERVIEW

You'll be Jurex's first dedicated People & Ops hire, building the foundation of our team culture and operational excellence as we scale. You'll work directly with the founding team to:

  • Build recruitment pipelines and hire top talent across legal, tech, and business functions
  • Design onboarding experiences that set new hires up for success
  • Establish HR policies, compliance frameworks, and employee engagement programs
  • Manage day-to-day operations including office management, vendor relationships, and administrative processes
  • Support cross-border operations between different countries

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer management across legal, tech, and business roles

HR Operations:

  • Create and maintain HR documentation including employment contracts, policies, NDAs, and ensure compliance with Indian and US regulations
  • Design onboarding/offboarding experiences, run employee engagement programs, and maintain HRIS systems for attendance and leave tracking

Operations & Administration:

  • Handle office administration, vendor management, IT asset allocation, and coordinate with finance for payroll processing
  • Support cross-border operations between India and US entities
  • Implement HR tech stack, create SOPs, track people metrics, and support leadership with strategic initiatives

REQUIREMENTS

Education & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong communication & English speaking skills, organization, and people skills
  • Comfortable with Mail, Spreadsheets & basic computer work

Mindset & Experience:

  • Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and can build processes from 0 to 1
  • Experience with cross-border/multi-entity operations (preferred)
  • Background or interest in employee engagement or culture building

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Probation Period: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month
  • Post-Probation: Potential to convert into full-time role at ₹5–8 LPA CTC
  • All meals at office (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
  • Possible team off-sites

On-site in Mohali
