Total Years - Relevant 3 yrs - Pega maintenance support
Minimum 3+ years of overall experience and 3+ years in PEGA support as leadStrong understanding of PEGA PRPC architecture, Case Management, and Rule ResolutionExperience in leading support teamExperience in troubleshooting PEGA applications, logs, and performance issues ,Experience with PEGA CLM/KYC frameworksKnowledge of financial services domain and regulatory complianceFamiliarity with incident management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA)Exposure to PEGA Diagnostic Cloud and PEGA Deployment ManagerExposure to REST/SOAP integrations and external system troubleshootingPEGA CSA, CSSA certified.
Excellent business communication skills with technical proficiency
Preferred immediate to 60days joiners candidate with all above criteriaPreferred candidate only from central and harbour line
