Job Description

We are looking for a skilled PEGA Lead Systems Architect (LSA) with 10 to 15 years of experience, based in Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, and Pune. The ideal candidate will have expertise in large-scale Pega implementations, Pega DCO, Agile collaboration, and DevOps tools.

Roles and Responsibility

Design and implement large-scale Pega solutions using Pega DCO.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Pega product solutions.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for Pega implementations.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members on Pega best practices.
Participate in Agile development methodologies and DevOps tooling.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Pega implementations.

Job Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience in developing and delivering Pega product solutions.
Strong knowledge of Web Services Architecture, MQ series, and BPM tools like Scrum Methodology.
Experience with Agile collaboration and DevOps tools is required.
A full-time graduate degree with PEGA Lead System Architect certification is preferred.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Notice period: 0-45 days.
