Technical Architect

As a Java Technical Architect at NeoXam, you will play a crucial role in architecting, designing, and managing the continuous evolution of products through technology interventions, leading to innovations and improvements. Your responsibilities will include following development best practices, collaborating with other professionals, and assisting junior developers in solving technical issues. You will need to independently analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time, ensuring end-to-end problem resolution. Additionally, you should have strong experience in development tools, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies. Proficiency in Java8, Spring, SpringMVC, RESTful web services, Hibernate, Oracle PL/SQL, SpringSecurity, Ansible, Docker, JMeter, and Angular is required. A deep understanding of REST web services and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is essential. Prior experience in the Fintech or lending domain is a plus. As a strong communicator, you will collaborate cross-functionally and provide vision leadership for the technology roadmap of the products. Your role will involve defining technical software architectures, leading framework development, engaging in end-to-end product development, and researching and implementing complex features. Nice-to-have skills include experience with frontend technologies like Angular or ReactJS, as well as working in product development or Fintech industry.,
