Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Pega Lead Business Analyst (LBA) with 5-7 years of experience to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate must be a Certified Pega Business Architect (CPBA) with hands-on project experience in Pega implementations. Agile expertise is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for Pega applications. Translate business needs into functional requirements and document them effectively. Work closely with development teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions. Drive requirement-gathering workshops and create BRD, FSD, and user stories. Configure and design business processes within the Pega platform. Support testing teams with test case creation and validation. Ensure smooth implementation, rollout, and user adoption of Pega solutions. Follow Agile methodologies and contribute to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and user story refinement. Required Skills & Qualifications: Pega CPBA Certification is mandatory. 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Pega projects. Strong understanding of Pega platform capabilities and best practices. Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements. Good knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is a plus. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Preferred: Experience in Pega 8.x versions. Prior experience in BFSI, Healthcare, or Telecom domains.
