Job Description

As a Pega Developer at NTT DATA, you will be a part of our inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization. Your role will involve utilizing your Pega expertise to lead projects, collaborate with business teams, and drive innovative solutions. Here is a breakdown of your key responsibilities and qualifications: **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and integration strategy for Pega Application implementation, aligned with transformational initiatives. - Formulate data strategy based on client's business needs and enterprise strategy. - Provide guidance and act as a subject matter expert for Certified Senior System Architects. - Drive best practices and concepts as a thought leader for Pega methodology. - Maintain knowledge of current and emerging technologies related to solutions. - Ensure solutions align with business and IT goals/objectives. - Communicate solution options to stakeholders and incorporate system architecture into designs. - Develop strategic roadmaps and recommendations while ensuring adherence to standards. - Facilitate communication and decision-making, review work of others, and provide guidance. - Develop innovative approaches to complex assignments and recommend best practices. - Forecast and plan resource requirements and motivate team members. **Qualification Required:** - 5+ years experience developing mobile applications using Pega. - Strong communication skills to collaborate with business and presentation skills. - Exposure to product development practices and methodologies. - Master's/Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field. - Experience in end-to-end delivery of Pega PRPC based solutions. - Excellent skills in process optimization and streamlining. - Knowledge of Pega PRPC concepts, rule types, UI framework, email listeners, etc. - Experience with SSO integration, security privileges, RDA, RPA Pega solutions. - Expertise in object-oriented design, integration approaches, and software delivery methodologies. - Ability to work within collaborative environments and matrixed teams. - Exposure to Healthcare, Insurance, airlines, travel & hospitality sectors is a plus. **Additional Details about NTT DATA:** NTT DATA is a trusted global innovator of business and technology services, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
