Pega Decisioning Consultant

As a Pega Decisioning Consultant at VOIS, your role involves developing Pega decisioning constructs to implement new marketing campaigns, real-time decisioning modules, and providing post-implementation support. Your key competencies and requirements include: - 7+ years of experience in Pega Decisioning and marketing, with expertise in Pega PRPC Version 8.x/7.x Development and integration - Possession of at least 2 of the following certifications: PEGA Certified Senior System Architect, PEGA Certified Decisioning Consultant, PEGA Certified System Architect - Solid experience in PEGA Customer Decision Hub in the Telecom industry for a minimum of 3 years - Knowledge of integration protocols such as REST-JSON, SOAP-XML, ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues - Familiarity with Oracle, Cassandra, SQL at the developer level, and ETL - Proficiency in Java, JSP, J2EE, XML, and EJB - Ability to implement rules, build low-level designs, and experience in Pega Decisioning rules, Strategies, engagement policies, constraints, and channel configuration - Experience in developing, monitoring, and troubleshooting batch campaigns - Understanding of data flows, segmentation, AI concepts, and implementing changes to these modules - Capability to troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues - Coordination with operations and testing team for defect fixes and bug fixes - Building and unit testing application components, managing development activities, performing peer reviews, and escalating technical issues Your key responsibilities will include: - Development of new/existing strategies, upgrades, and technical improvements - Providing L3 support when needed based on agreed SLAs - Preparing packages and installations - Identifying technical improvements and applying best practices - Improving the technical performance of the application - Aligning internally on solutions to be applied - Ensuring optimization of all DB queries - Making strategies and campaigns highly configurable for frequent changes post-production installation by a configurators team - Estimating the effort needed for stories and tasks, raising concerns when necessary - Participating in all team ceremonies and meetings If you are a dynamic Pega Decisioning Consultant with 4 to 8 years of experience and the mentioned skill set, we welcome you to join our team at VOIS in Pune/Bangalore.,
