Pega Decisioning Consultant

Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing Pega decisioning constructs to implement new marketing campaigns, real-time decisioning modules, and provide post-implementation support. Your role will involve working on Pega CDH and Pega Decisioning with a focus on the Telecom industry. Key Responsibilities: - Develop new/existing strategies, upgrades, and technical improvements. - Provide L3 support as per agreed SLAs. - Prepare packages and installations. - Identify technical enhancements and implement best practices. - Enhance the technical performance of the application. - Collaborate internally to determine solutions. - Optimize all DB queries. - Ensure strategies and campaigns are highly configurable for frequent post-production changes. - Estimate effort for stories and tasks and escalate concerns as necessary. - Participate in team ceremonies and meetings. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 7 years of experience in Pega Decisioning and marketing with expertise in Pega PRPC Version 8.x/7.x Development and integration. - Hold at least 2 of the following certifications: PEGA Certified Senior System Architect, PEGA Certified Decisioning Consultant, PEGA Certified System Architect. - Solid experience in PEGA Customer Decision Hub in the Telecom industry for a minimum of 3 years. - Proficiency in integration protocols such as REST-JSON, SOAP-XML, and ability to troubleshoot integration issues. - Knowledge of Oracle, Cassandra, SQL at developer level, and ETL. - Familiarity with Java, JSP, J2EE, XML, and EJB. - Ability to implement rules, build low-level designs, and work on Pega Decisioning rules, Strategies, engagement policies, constraints, and channel configuration. - Experience in developing, monitoring, and troubleshooting batch campaigns. - Understanding of data flows, segmentation, AI concepts, and ability to implement module changes. - Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving complex production issues. - Coordination skills with operations and testing teams for defect fixes and bug fixes. - Experience in building and unit testing application components, managing development activities, performing peer reviews, and escalating technical issues.,
