Pega CDH Specialist

You will be responsible for designing and implementing Pega CDH solutions to enhance personalized customer experiences. This includes developing and managing decision strategies, customer segments, and proposition management. You will also be required to integrate CDH with other Pega applications and external systems. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, troubleshooting and optimizing CDH configurations for improved performance and scalability will be part of your responsibilities. To qualify for this position, you should have at least 8 years of experience in Pega development, focusing on customer engagement, and 3-4 years of specific experience in Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH). A strong understanding of Pega CDH features such as decision strategies, customer segments, and proposition management is essential. Knowledge of Cassandra for PEGA CDH, experience with Pega's rules-based architecture and decision-making framework, as well as excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are also required. Effective communication and collaboration skills are a must, along with certification in Pega CPDC (Certified Pega Decisioning Consultant). It would be advantageous if you have experience with Pega's Customer Engagement platform, knowledge of data modeling, data integration, and data governance, and familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
