PEGA Architecture Vice president

As an Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst, your role involves establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. Your main objective is to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions and identify necessary system enhancements - Resolve high impact problems/projects through evaluation of complex business processes - Provide expertise in applications programming and ensure application design aligns with overall architecture blueprint - Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation - Gain comprehensive knowledge of how different areas of business integrate to achieve goals - Analyze issues and develop innovative solutions - Coach mid-level developers and analysts - Assess risk when making business decisions, prioritizing compliance with laws and regulations Qualifications: - 10+ years of hands-on experience in PEGA PRPC architecture, design, and development - Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills - E2E experience with Infinity (ver 24.1 or above) required; Pega certification CLSA preferred - Hands-on experience in PDM - Preferred experience in Customer Service, Smart Investigate/Smart Dispute frameworks - Lead end-to-end design and architecture of PEGA applications across multiple business units - Translate business requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with stakeholders - Conduct architecture reviews and enforce PEGA guardrails and compliance with Enterprise standards - Experience with cloud-based PEGA deployments (AWS, Azure) is a plus - Knowledge of integration patterns (REST, SOAP, MQ, KAFKA) - Engage in performance tuning, scalability analysis, and application optimization - DevOps experience preferred - Understanding of UI/UX design and basic architecture models - Agile frameworks knowledge including JIRA Education: - Bachelors degree/University degree or equivalent experience - Masters degree preferred This job description provides a high-level overview of the work performed.
