This individual will be driving the Pega Program, collaboration with the business team and leading the formation, enablement, and ongoing delivery of the Pega squads. Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Pega Master Engineer to serve as the primary liaison between the business and Pega delivery teams. This individual will act as the face of Pega for the program, responsible for driving cross-functional collaboration, enabling squads, and ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery of Pegabased solutions that align with business goals. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the key point of contact and face of Pega for the program, building strong partnerships with business stakeholders. Drive strategic alignment between business goals and Pega platform capabilities. Lead the formation, onboarding, and enablement of Pega squads to ensure readiness and delivery excellence. Oversee end-to-end delivery of Pega initiatives, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and best practices. Facilitate agile ceremonies, delivery planning, and status reporting in coordination with Product Owners and Scrum Masters. Remove roadblocks and coordinate across cross-functional teams to maintain momentum. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across squads. Ensure compliance with governance, architecture standards, and security policies. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in leading Pega implementations or programs at scale. Strong understanding of Pega technology, including Pega PRPC, frameworks, and deployment models. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models. Ability to lead multiple teams/squads with a focus on outcomes and efficiency. Strong organizational and leadership skills Pega certification is must.
