PEGA Architecture Vice president

As an Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst at our company, you will be responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. Your role will involve leading applications systems analysis and programming activities. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions, identify necessary system enhancements, and deploy new products and process improvements - Resolve high-impact problems through evaluation of complex business processes and industry standards - Provide expertise in applications programming and ensure application design aligns with the overall architecture blueprint - Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation - Gain comprehensive knowledge of how different business areas integrate to achieve goals - Offer in-depth analysis, define issues, and develop innovative solutions - Mentor mid-level developers and analysts as needed - Assess risks in business decisions with a focus on compliance and ethical conduct Qualifications: - 10+ years of hands-on experience in PEGA PRPC architecture, design, and development - Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills - E2E experience with Infinity (ver 24.1 or above) required; Pega certification CLSA preferred - Hands-on experience in PDM and Customer Service, Smart Investigate / Smart Dispute frameworks - Lead end-to-end design and architecture of PEGA applications across multiple business units - Translate business requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with stakeholders - Conduct architecture reviews, enforce PEGA guardrails, and ensure compliance with Enterprise standards - Experience with cloud-based PEGA deployments (AWS, Azure) and migration is a plus - Strong knowledge of integration patterns (REST, SOAP, MQ, KAFKA) - Engage in performance tuning, scalability analysis, and application optimization - Familiarity with DevOps tools and Agile frameworks Education: - Bachelors degree/University degree or equivalent experience required - Masters degree preferred Please note that this job description provides a high-level overview of the role.
