Key Responsibilities

• Oversee complete fabrication operations for PEB structures — rafters, columns, frames, bracings, and accessories.

• Manage CNC cutting operations and PTW welding processes

  to ensure safe and accurate production.

• Manage drawings, cutting plans, and the timely delivery of fabricated materials.

• Manage and supervise fabrication labor teams

  for productivity and discipline.
• Monitor welding, cutting, drilling, fitting, and finishing operations as per quality standards.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams for smooth workflow.
• Maintain safety protocols, reduce wastage, and ensure production targets are met.
• Prepare daily/weekly production reports and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in

  PEB fabrication

  or heavy steel fabrication is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CNC operations, welding processes, and fabrication machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret PEB drawings, BOQs, and fabrication schedules.
• Proven experience managing large fabrication teams.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and planning skills.
