What You'll Do:

• Meet potential clients and develop long-term business relationships
• Generate leads, convert inquiries into orders, and expand business reach
• Conduct

  site visits

  and coordinate with the execution team
• Understand project requirements and offer tailored PEB/steel structure solutions
• Communicate with clients effectively, from first contact to delivery

What We're Looking For:

• 2–4 years of experience

  (preferred in PEB or steel building industry)
• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, Marketing or related field
• Strong understanding of PEB and site construction processes
• Willingness to

  travel to project sites and meet clients

• Excellent verbal and written

  communication skills

Added Advantage:

• Knowledge of fabrication/erection work
• Experience in technical sales or business development in construction
