Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Policy Servicing Executive where you will play a crucial role in managing policy renewals and servicing tasks. This hybrid role offers exposure to various aspects of policy management utilizing your skills in MS Office to ensure efficient operations. With rotational shifts you will gain comprehensive experience in the insurance domain contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional service.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in the processing and management of policy renewals to ensure timely and accurate updates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information for policy servicing tasks.
  • Utilize MS Office tools to maintain and update policy records and documentation.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide information regarding policy details and renewals.
  • Monitor and track policy expiration dates to initiate timely renewal processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to policy servicing.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations during policy management.
  • Provide support in the preparation of reports and presentations related to policy servicing activities.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of policy servicing processes and tools.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information and policy data.
  • Adapt to rotational shifts to provide consistent support across different time zones.
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and best practices. Qualifications
  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office applications for efficient policy management.
  • Exhibit strong attention to detail and organizational skills for accurate record-keeping.
  • Possess excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction.
  • Show willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes in policy servicing.
  • Experience in the insurance domain particularly in renewals is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
