Payroll Team Lead - India, SEA & MEA Countries

Role Overview: As a Stakeholder Manager at Hitachi Energy, your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, COEs, and global stakeholders. You will communicate effectively by providing clear and consistent updates to ensure all stakeholders are informed. Additionally, you will address concerns and expectations to promote collaboration among all parties while upholding Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors/ Post Graduate degree and/or equivalent. - Experience in project management and working closely with management to drive initiatives. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong leadership and team management abilities. - Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy. - Strong organizational and project management skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. - Occasional travel may be required for training and conferences. - Proficiency in both spoken and written English language is required.
