Your primary responsibilities will include documenting and tracking support tickets to ensure timely resolution of user inquiries and issues. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address system bugs, enhancements, and upgrades, as well as conduct testing and validation of system configurations, updates, and enhancements. It is crucial to stay updated on the latest Dayforce features and industry trends to effectively support the organization. We are seeking individuals with a university education or equivalent, preferably in a business-related field, who demonstrate critical thinking, analytical skills, and strong problem-solving abilities. You should be able to collect information accurately to understand and assess the clients" needs, possess root-cause analytical skills to troubleshoot issues, and prioritize workload efficiently. Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a focus on delivering quality customer service are essential, along with the ability to handle confidential information and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Preferred qualifications for this role include a keen attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to manage confidential and sensitive employee information, and effective prioritization in a fast-paced setting.
