Payroll Officer

• Payroll Processing: Calculating and verifying employee salaries, wages, and deductions according to company policies, employment contracts, and legal regulations. Ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing. Maintaining accurate employee records, including personal information, employment history, and compensation data.
• Benefits Administration: Managing employee benefits, including contributions to retirement plans, health insurance, and other benefits programs. Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations regarding benefits.
• Tax Compliance: Calculating and remitting payroll taxes in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Preparing and filing tax returns and other tax-related documents.
• Payroll-Related Inquiries: Responding to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and taxes. Resolving payroll-related issues and discrepancies.
• Data Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee data in payroll systems. Ensuring data security and confidentiality.
• Compliance: Staying current with changes in payroll laws and regulation. Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• General Admin Activities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
