Payroll Manager - US/CA

The Business Owner holds responsibility for enhancing both the associate and client experience. Responsibilities: - Leading the Service Operations team, comprising Service Teams, and providing guidance on team activities such as resource optimization, setting performance expectations, offering coaching and mentoring, fostering a culture of self-development and talent growth. - Ensuring that the Service Operations Teams are adequately trained and equipped for their roles and responsibilities within the service structure. - Managing a portfolio of clients in the service operations support and overseeing day-to-day operations. - Being accountable for the strategic direction of all business aspects, including managing client escalations, tools, process adoption, KPIs, and adhering to service metrics. - Overseeing day-to-day financial business operations to minimize potential risks to the overall business. - Collaborating with various functional leaders (Project Services, Implementation) to ensure a seamless transition of incoming projects within the Service Teams. - Proactively building capacity and capability for the future growth of the Organization. - Cultivating and managing client relationships both internally and externally at all levels of client and ADP organizations. - Cultivating a performance-based and learning culture that motivates Service Teams to strive for excellence. - Contributing to enhancing client satisfaction scores (NPS); collaborating with the client success team to develop an action plan to address issues and enhance client satisfaction as required. - Partnering with internal teams to identify methods for increasing revenue and delivering services in alignment with the pricing policy. - Supporting the delivery of various projects (beyond the scope of Project Service) to meet client expectations. - Collaborating with other Business Owners and the Transformation Team to continuously refine the Service Operations process and tools while placing the client at the forefront of any enhancement. - Engaging in and supporting GV programs, strategic initiatives, stretch assignments, and collaboration opportunities with other business units. Experience/Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Technology, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Possessing a Growth mindset and understanding of Behavior-Driven principles. - Proficiency in planning and resource scheduling. - Demonstrated strong leadership and management capabilities. - Ability to engage with individuals at various levels of an organization. - Experience in identifying and implementing process improvements and quality controls. - Client-focused and dedicated to delivering World Class Service. - Strong relationship management skills and the ability to handle client escalations effectively. - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.,
