Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling

    PF, ESIC, and Professional Tax (PT)

    compliances
  • Managing

    employee documentation

    , onboarding, and exit formalities
  • Preparing and maintaining

    HR records, attendance, and leave data

  • Coordinating with consultants for

    statutory filings and returns

  • Handling

    salary inputs

    and coordination with payroll
  • Managing

    HR policies and internal communication

  • Overseeing

    admin-related work

    such as office coordination, vendors, and supplies
  • Assisting in audits and compliance checks
  • Supporting management with HR reports and MIS

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of experience in

    HR & Admin role

  • Strong working knowledge of

    PF, ESIC, PT, and labor compliances

  • Good knowledge of

    HR operations and documentation

  • Proficient in

    MS Excel, emails, and basic HR software

  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
