We are looking for a skilled Accounts & Compliance Executive with strong hands-on experience in accounting, statutory compliances, and administrative work. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of handling day-to-day accounting and compliance responsibilities independently. Key Responsibilities: Maintain books of accounts and day-to-day accounting entries Work extensively on Tally Prime for accounting and reconciliations Handle GST workings, return filings, and related compliance Manage TDS calculations, deductions, and return filings Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, Professional Tax (PT) and other statutory requirements Prepare basic MIS reports using MS Excel Coordinate with consultants, auditors, and government departments when required Handle routine administrative work and official email communication Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Commerce or relevant field 34 years of relevant experience in accounts and compliance Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, and email communication Hands-on experience in GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and PT compliances Preference given to candidates who have worked under a Chartered Accountant (CA) Good organizational and communication skills
