Job Description

As an HRMS Operation professional with 0 to 2 years of experience, your role will involve various responsibilities including: - Generating form 24Q, identifying issues, and providing guidance for rectification - Configuring leave rules and policies as per client requirements for Leave Management - Handling queries mainly related to Salary, Tax, Leave, and ESS - Providing training to clients on maintaining process flow as described and streamlining their processes - Offering statutory guidance to ensure compliance - Logging and resolving customer issues efficiently - Managing customer correspondence, including documentation of user guides and other resources - Escalating and reproducing technical issues for the development team to address In addition to the responsibilities mentioned, you will be working full-time on a permanent basis. The benefits include paid sick time and paid time off. Your work schedule will be during the day shift from Monday to Friday, with a morning shift. The work location is in person.
