Position: Payroll Executive

Location: [Chennai]

 Assisting with end-to-end payroll processing and administration

 Proven Experience in Handling Manual Payroll.

 calculating and verifying employee salaries, benefits, and deductions in accordance with

company policies, employment contracts, and legal regulations

 Payroll Attendance Management activity for the employees

 collaborating closely with the HR and Finance teams to exchange relevant payroll

information and resolve payroll-related issues

 Good knowledge of salary components and structure.

 Must know how to calculate Leave encashment / OT Calculation.

 Hands-on Compliance & Statutory (Like PF / Gratuity)

 Should be able to handle team and handle payroll single handed

 supporting the implementation and integration of new payroll systems or upgrades

 Excellent MS Office Skills [Advanced Excel]

Job qualifications and requirements

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees,

management, and external vendors.

 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field

(preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
