We are looking for the Payroll Compliance for Mumbai(Goregaon) office below is the JD.
Experience - 1-4yrs
Industry - NBFC
Role & responsibilities -:
1. Assist in monthly statutory payroll compliance activities including, EPF, ESIC, PT & LWF challan
preparation and payments.
2. Prepare and verify monthly payroll statutory deduction data.
Manage PF-related employee actions such as:
• UAN activation, KYC updates, transfer & withdrawal support
• Joint declarations, EPS/PF corrections & grievance handling
3. Coordinate with HR, payroll team and government portals for error resolution.
4. Assist in compliance registration and licensing activities (PF, PT, ESIC, LWF)
5. Handle day-to-day communication with government officials wherever necessary.
