Payroll Associate

As a member of the Wisemonk team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating with internal teams such as HR, Finance, and Delivery to ensure smooth communication, resolve any issues, and clarify inputs effectively. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining compliance with various statutory requirements like PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and more. We are seeking a fresh graduate with 0-1 year of experience and a solid academic background in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and possess a strong sense of ownership, taking initiative and responsibility proactively. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, good communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with stakeholders are essential for this role.
