Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Payroll and Time Office Coordinator located in Mundra. The Payroll and Time Office Coordinator will be responsible for managing payroll processing, ensuring accurate timekeeping, handling administrative assistance tasks, maintaining office equipment, providing customer service, and ensuring proper communication within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll and time office functions effectively
  • Ensure statutory compliance (Factories Act, PF, ESI, etc.).
  • Lead manpower planning and worker relations.
  • Supervise attendance and leave management.
  • Apply advanced Excel skills in HR reporting and analytics.

Who Should Apply:

  • Graduates or postgraduates in HR/Industrial Relations (Diploma in Labour Laws preferred).
  • Professionals with hands-on experience in manufacturing HR.
