As a part of the dsm-firmenich team in Hyderabad, you will play an integral role in managing employee data, supporting onboarding/offboarding processes, and assisting in various employee lifecycle activities. Your responsibilities will include administering the leave management system, ensuring accuracy, and generating relevant reports. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that HR practices align with employment laws and supporting compliance reporting. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. You should possess excellent organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.
