Payroll and Customer Support Representative

Role Overview: As a Partner Support Specialist at the company, your main responsibility will be to respond to partner support tickets related to various areas such as U.S. tax filings, onboarding and offboarding processes, employee documents (W-2s, W-4s, I-9s), and general Worklio platform use. Your role will include troubleshooting issues, resolving inquiries, and escalating to DevOps if necessary. It is essential to clearly document issues, resolutions, and follow-up steps in the ticketing system while also aiding in new partner onboarding and setup processes. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to partner support tickets covering U.S. tax filings, onboarding and offboarding processes, employee documents, and Worklio platform use - Troubleshoot issues and resolve inquiries - Escalate to DevOps when necessary - Document issues, resolutions, and follow-up steps in the ticketing system - Support new partner onboarding and setup processes Qualifications Required: - Possession of a CPP or SHRM certification - Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work night shifts according to U.S. hours - Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills - Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Jira, and Slack is advantageous - Experience in supporting SaaS or PEO platforms is a plus Additional Details: In return for your contributions, the company offers a competitive USD-based salary, remote work flexibility, training on their platform and systems, and the opportunity to be part of a growing, supportive global team.,
