Senior C# Developer

Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain backend tools in

  C# (.NET 6/7/8)

  for

  automated client onboarding

  , including data mapping and validation
• Design and implement processes for

  converting and importing payroll, HR, and employee data

  from third-party systems into Worklio s platform
• Collaborate with implementation and support teams to understand client data structures and design flexible import workflows
• Develop and optimize

  SQL Server

  scripts, stored procedures, and integration jobs for handling large data sets
• Ensure the

  accuracy and integrity of imported data

  through validation logic and automated exception handling
• Contribute to the architecture and evolution of our onboarding pipeline and internal tooling
• Document processes and provide input to improve efficiency and standardization of onboarding projects

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with

  C#/.NET backend development

• Strong experience with

  Microsoft SQL Server

  (complex queries, stored procedures, data normalization)
• Experience with

  ETL

  , data transformations, or data migration projects
• Solid understanding of

  data modeling

  and systems integration
• Familiarity with

  JSON, CSV, Excel imports

  and related parsing techniques
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with remote teams and communicate effectively in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with

  U.S. payroll systems

• Exposure to
