Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Payments Support Tech Lead with 8 to 14 years of experience to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payments support and technical leadership, with expertise in payment applications and products.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide technical support for BACS Clearing, Swiss Clearing apps, and new AIT (T2) application onboarding.
Resolve technical issues and ensure system stability using SDLC processes/tools.
Manage incident/problem management processes and Agile/JIRA workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of payments products like GPP, VolPay, Finacle, etc.
Experience with SAFe Agile methodologies.
Familiarity with SDLC processes/tools and incident/problem management processes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Notice period: 0-30 days.
Specific domain: BFSI.
Education: Any Graduate.
