Job Title: Virtual Scheduler

Location: Nungambakkam, Chennai (Work From Office) Shift Timing: Night Shift (08:30 PM to 05:30 AM IST)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Scheduler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and scheduling patient appointments efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates effectively, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth coordination between patients and healthcare providers, contributing to a high-quality patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

•Schedule and manage patient appointments with a high degree of accuracy

•Coordinate with healthcare providers to optimize and balance scheduling needs

•Maintain and update patient records in a timely manner

•Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing patient inquiries professionally

•Send appointment reminders and follow-up communications to patients

•Resolve scheduling conflicts and issues promptly and effectively

•Provide virtual front desk support when needed

•Adhere to company procedures and maintain confidentiality of patient information

Requirements:

•Proven experience as a Virtual Scheduler or in a similar administrative role

•Proficiency in scheduling software and electronic medical records (EMR) systems

•Strong organizational and time management skills

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills

•Ability to multitask and work independently

•High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
