About the Role:

AccordPro is seeking highly skilled Virtual Medical Scribes to support U.S. physicians by documenting patient encounters in real time. The role requires strong clinical understanding, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a remote U.S. business shift environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Document patient visits and physician–patient interactions in real time

• Record patient medical history, diagnoses, physical exam findings, assessments, and treatment plans

• Enter prescriptions, referrals, imaging requests, and laboratory orders in the EHR

• Assist with ICD-10 and CPT coding to ensure billing accuracy

• Prepare referral letters, clinical summaries, discharge notes, and other patient documents

• Review diagnostic results with physicians and update charts accordingly

• Ensure documentation meets U.S. healthcare and HIPAA standards

• Coordinate smoothly with physicians and clinical support staff

Required Qualifications:

• PharmD / MBBS / MD

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience

• Mandatory U.S. medical scribing experience

• Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare workflows and HIPAA

• Experience working with EHR systems

• Excellent English communication (spoken and written)

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Knowledge of drug interactions, adverse reactions, peptides, and anti-aging medicine

• Experience researching medical literature (PubMed, Medscape, etc.) and preparing case summaries

• Chronic care management experience

• ER clinical experience or hospital clinical rotations (PH candidates welcome)

• Internal Medicine or Primary Care background preferred (especially for MD)

• Understanding of regenerative medicine (stem cells/exosomes) is a plus

• Strong listening and fast documentation skills

• Professional communication and presentation

• Ability to perform under pressure and manage clinical workflow efficiently
