Patient Sales and Support Executive

You are being sought after by MrMed for the position of "Patient Sales and Support Executive" in order to provide assistance to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. Your key responsibilities in this role will include handling customer queries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely responses to customer concerns, troubleshooting technical issues and escalating them when necessary, maintaining and updating customer records in tools, collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues, following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction, documenting customer interactions, and creating reports for analysis. You will be expected to demonstrate the ability to manage inbound and outbound calls, explain products/services, and handle patient queries with professionalism. A sales-driven approach is essential, focusing on building trust while ensuring that patients receive the medicines they need. To qualify for this position, you should have 0 to 1 year of experience in voice/semi-voice process in a non-tech role, hold a Bachelor's degree in any field, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, exhibit strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, have the capacity to handle multiple tasks, and be fluent in Hindi.
