Job Summary:
MrMed is looking for "Patient Sales and Support Executive" to assist customers by addressing
inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
Job Location: T. Nagar, Chennai
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat.
Provide accurate and timely responses to customer concerns.
Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate when necessary.
Maintain and update customer records in tools.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Document customer interactions and create reports for analysis.
Ability to manage inbound & outbound calls, explain products/services, and handle patient queries with professionalism.
Sales-driven approach—building trust while ensuring patients get the medicines they need.
Qualifications
0 to 1 year of experience in voice/ semi voice process in a non-tech role
Bachelor's degree in any field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to handle multiple tasks.
Fluent in Hindi is a must.
