Patient Sales and Support Executive

Job Summary:

MrMed is looking for "Patient Sales and Support Executive" to assist customers by addressing

inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.

Job Location: T. Nagar, Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

 Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat.

 Provide accurate and timely responses to customer concerns.

 Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate when necessary.

 Maintain and update customer records in tools.

 Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.

 Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.

 Document customer interactions and create reports for analysis.

Ability to manage inbound & outbound calls, explain products/services, and handle patient queries with professionalism.

 Sales-driven approach—building trust while ensuring patients get the medicines they need.

Qualifications

 0 to 1 year of experience in voice/ semi voice process in a non-tech role

 Bachelor's degree in any field.

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

 Ability to handle multiple tasks.

 Fluent in Hindi is a must.
