Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Patient Relationship Executive to join our team at Vijaya Diagnostic Centre Limited. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, providing excellent customer service and support.
Coordinate patient appointments, ensuring timely scheduling and communication.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
Provide education and resources to patients, empowering them to make informed decisions about their health.
Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, including progress notes and treatment plans.
